what if u added dadoria (forgive me if his name is misspelled)

dodoria scales to base zarbon iirc. Also, he was killed by a weaker vegeta than the one who beat zarbon and was fodderized by burter. Dodoria should die fast against Burter IF he doesnt play around (although I dont see dodoria hurting him that badly anyway). So im leaning towards burter in both scenarios. I dont remember if vegeta got a zenkai boost before battling jeize, but if he didnt, that could be a better match up for zarbon and dodoria. Also, iirc, The Ginyu force bar Guldo can blitz Zarbon and dodoria.

And I'm still siding with Burter. He should be fast ebough to blitz them. His statements about him being "fastest in the universe" may have been hyperbole but he's still plenty fast compared to those two and can likely run rings around them. The power difference I believe is great enough to allow him to face them both. He is vastly superior to the version of Vegeta who stomped monster Zarbon and he himself is vastly superior to the version of himself who pretty much one-shot Dodoria.
