Both combatants start at opposite ends of the pool (630 m),

and Speed is equalized.

All Might's AP is 550 Megatons of TNT, higher with Plus Ultra (Which allows him to overwhelm and K.O. opponents on his level)

Superman's AP is at least 177.84 Megatons (Superman > Wonder Woman > Shazam > 177.84 Megatons of TNT)

The AP gap is roughly 3.09x in All Might's favor

Superman survives the attack and continues the fight due to him scaling above his initial AP value (As I mentioned in the OP)

Superman doesn’t have a definite value other than being higher than 177.8 and lower than 550.
a wide margin, but it doesn’t really matter about the rest of his abilities because most of them fall flat here.
Simply because All Might’s class T let’s him ragdoll Superman, who only has class M
And most of Superman’s abilities are to passive, or not strong enough to help him (Enhanced senses doesn’t help when he’s getting beaten into the dirt, and his other abilities scale to him, which isn’t strong enough).
And if things every truly get dire, All Might’s Plus Ultra let’s him One Tap people comparable to him, so super man being ~3x weaker than him doesn’t really help

Supes does have some advantages though, as he has had experience fighting opponents who are above him in AP and can easily throw him around such Doomsday and Darkseid, he also appears to have more skill as he could repeatedly duel with the latter who was stated to have conquered numerous planets prior to his arrival on Earth and could somewhat fight against Trigon who has been around for at least a millennia.

Superman could also deduce All Might’s weak spot with his x-ray vision and could possibly hold out All Might’s time limit, which is at best an hour and thirty minutes. While he is still capable of fighting in his deflated form, he can only use one limb at a time as well as one last power move before he becomes completely gassed out
