Iirc Bakugou had a High Hypersonic feat. Don't know why it was rejected.

It was comparing the explosion speed of his explosions to actual nitroglycerin due to the story stating that his sweat has nearly identical properties.
However, it was later rejected on the grounds that explosion speed =/= expansion speed and no one was reacting to the explosion speed itself.

Ah I wasn't aware of that. I was assuming it would have been deemed an outlier.

Right, what Rep said. Bakugou's explosions have only been seen tagging Subsonic-Transonic characters, and are comparable to Todoroki's ice blasts that are Subsonic.
Even if it really was High Hypersonic, it would've probably been an outlier.
