All Kage Tournament | Round 8 (Alive Yagura vs Mei)

A tournament to decide the most skilled Kage (not the strongest obviously). Same rules as any tournament, however, if we come across a stomp later on, that Kage will automatically advance.

Yagura's a Jinchuriki, so I doubt he loses.

Alive Yagura has no feats other than his battle against Itachi and Juzo in the elephant episode. Unfortunately, he was a victim of Amaterasu. But a similar situation may also apply to Mei Terumi, and it may be possible for 13-year-old Itachi to defeat Mei. I guess there was nothing to prove Adult Itachi>Teen Itachi. There may only be a difference in experience and chakra control. There seems to be no evidence that it improves chakra control. I don't think he ever learned new techniques. Considering the progression of Itachi's disease and the blindness of his eyes, the age of 13 seems like a better form. If it was Edo Yagura vs Mei Terummi, I would definitely say Yagura

The reason I didn’t pick Edo Yagura was cuz Mei doesn’t have any way to put down an Edo Tensei
