A tournament to decide the most skilled Kage (not the strongest obviously). Same rules as any tournament, however, if we come across a stomp later on, that Kage will automatically advance.

I'm putting my money on Naruto so far. His clones are gonna slow Rasa down, his regen is good enough to stall out, and his Rasenshuriken oneshots.
