-this picture show that Alien x exist in the future and past and present at once this is clearly an Omnipresent feat + There is many characters that has been given an immeasurable speed ability because they exist in past and future and present at once like :

Nowhere in that Author Statement (you already know how this works here...) does it specify Alien X existing in different points in time simutaneously. Ben 10,000 is from an entirely different timeline than main series Ben.

At best, this is just temporal omnipresence. Existing across time doesnt automatically give you Immeasurable speed, and your post is misleading since Doctor Manhattan's literally specified to have Omnipresece via that, not immeasurable speed.

The scan is literally what we use for Alien X's Type 2 Acausality. Behind all the verbose window-dressing, he's basically telling us that there is only one Alien X across time and when Ben in the future and his self in the present use X, they're using the same one. Not to mention how omnipresence across time and space is not even remotely showcased in the series at all.

Temporal Omnipresence is when a character exists across all of time but not space.

An example would be True Dark Genie who spread himself across all of time but not space. Note: the reason he has immesurable speed is because he also absorbed all of time into himself.

No, and as Planck69 said, he already has acausality type 2 from this. This does not affect his speed at all.

That scan is the thing for Alien X having his Type 2 Acausality. It just means that there is only 1 Alien X across the entire past, present, and future of the Ben 10 Multiverse. Whoever selects Alien X first will become THE Alien X until the next Ben from an alternate timeline selects/dials Alien X. (This is actually reliable since it has been stated by Matt Wayne who is a member of Man of Action and writers of Ben 10).

We just covered why author statements from social media that arent backed up in-series arent accepted. Does Alien X get this from anything else besides a twitter comment?

Alien X was stated to control the very nature of space and time, and shown to exist outside of time when the Anihilaargh destroyed the universe, so i dont think it's far.fetched to accept that he only exist in teh present.
