Depend on Slaanesh's immortallity. If his/her/it's immortality is on the same level as the SMT's demons (which is Mid-Godly) then Alice can not kill Slaneesh.

SMT's Gods and demons cannot kills each other, they are eternal beings that represent the concepts that they embodied. When both sides meet each other on battle field, the best thing they could do is seal each other away. Not even Lucifer and YHVH can ignore this nature (although maybe VishnuFlynn can, who know ? ), even in SMT 2, YHVH can only seal the gods in demon forms rather than out right killing them. The art of gods slaying is on the hand of the human (thank to the Observation), only human of SMT can kills Mid-Godly regen. Without the human, the war between Law and Chaos will never end

If Slanessh can absorb the entire Eldar pantheon then she/he/it has my vote
