So let's get to it. Alex Mercer and Dana Mercer are dropped into the MHA world. After Learning all they can about the heroes and the world, Dana Somehow manages To convince Alex to Join U.A. as a teacher. He gets Excepted into U.A. (they know nothing of his past) and principal Nezu makes him Co teacher with Mr. Aizawa with class 1A (this is Alex at his peak but with the personality of prototype 1. This is also the beginning of MHA.)

MHA currently lacks the hax to even challenge Mercer. He stomps all of the Villains, absorbs them, and gains all of their quirks.

Whatever happens after that is basically Mercer becoming a "Symbol of Fear", a symbol that evokes even greater fear in Villains than All Might does as the Symbol of Peace.

As death pointed out this...It's just a feast for mercer as he copies their genetic based quirks. Nobody's a credible threat to him in the first place but with the fact he can eat people and steal their quirks this is a massive steam roll.
