Round 1 I will assume this is all part 3 so Dio wins unless akuma lands the raging demon.

Round 2 Nearly the same as round 1 just Dio will have a much much harder time but i think Akuma can win

Round 3 Akuma can win

Note: for 2 and 3 is assumption is because Akuma's shin and oni forms don't have enough feats to measure

The meteor feat is super legit, though.

It hasn't been confirmed that, but it probably is otherwise Akuma and Ryu would be DBZ level.

Considering the nature of the DLC (AKA Asura being able to access his Mantra Form and the 500 year stalemate), we should probably assume it's non-canon.

I agree. But Shin Akuma destroyed a meteor with a single punch and normal Akuma destroyed an island with a single punch.
