this is only in regards to the original Tsukihime canon, not the remake.
Akiha after getting all of her power back in the Kohaku route was stated to "likely exceed" a rampaging Arcueid. rampaging would only refer to Red Arcueid, since that is her failing to control her bloodlust and using her full power.

and this isn't just the wiki saying it on her page because this is from the direct references section of her profile on the Type-Moon wiki from Tsukihime PlusPeriod.
likewise, there is a misconception about her Lord Origami ability not working on servants, but that was in the wiki profile itself. the direct references page states that it would only not work on Arcueid. and this likely wasn't talking about her at her peak since she only gets restored to full power in the Kohaku route briefly.

Akiha in the Kohaku route also says that normally she has to use the bare minimum of her powers due to sharing her life with Shiki so that she doesn't give in to her demonic blood.
so Akiha during all of Tsukihime is using the bare minimum of her powers, with the only exception being the Kohaku route. and since she is stated to likely exceed a rampaging Arcueid, that would mean a full power Red Arcueid. even though it says "likely' meaning not for sure, it would still mean she's on that same overall level if such a thing is even considered. i don't know what tier Red Arcueid is on this website because it doesn't seem to directly address her as a key, but Akiha should have a Kohaku route key that puts her on the same tier. at the very least put her at "possibly" Red Arcueid's tier.
