No, Starter. Logia's Regenerationn is passive and can only be bypassed by elements that are direct counter. Blaziken'll be unscathed but so will Akainu. In any case this is inconclusive unless Blaziken has some move which use something that naturally counters magma.

I find this like the unstoppable force vs immovable object.

He can hit those with elemental Intang yes, but Akainu can straight up negate attempts at trying to hit him attempted by those can can already hit people with elemental Intang. And there is no "true" intang. Especially since it varies from series to series, each form of intang has their weaknesses and advantages over the others.
