Ajin - Power Upgrade

I think that Satō and his IBM should have a upgrade.

Base Satō should have Tier 8-C using explosives (He destroyed a building). And his IBM should have at least Tier 9-B since Kei's IBM have the same Tier, Satō's IBM should have even a higher Tier because Satō has a better control of it than Kei.

Also Kei Nagai should have a upgrade, his Tier in base should be 10-A with paralysing voice and Tier 9-C using weapons (Now he have a Shotgun)

Well for one from what i remember sato didn't destroy a building in the manga he literally just went on a plane and crashed into the building, and even if we used the anime it's entirely useless in a vs match as it required prep time to set up all the explosives.

I agree with upgrading sato by scaling him to kei though. As for kei don't see why his paralyzing voice would be 10-A it's not a destructive move in the first place all it does is paralyze people.
