At least Multi-Galaxy level, likely Universe level, possibly Universe level+ (Capable of cutting through Soul King Yhwach's darkness and putting up a decent fight, and is one of three people alive capable of defeating Hikone's full power, making him among the strongest in the entire verse)


Why is being able to defeat Hikone (High 6-A) part of his justificative to Universal+ Tier

I think it should just be noted in Hikone profile that she isnt God tier
