His hand-to-hand combat skills are more then sufficient to allow him to incapacitate and kill men much stronger than he is, as well as to deal with groups of armed and unarmed enemies, killing them all without weapons if he deems it necessary. He is also extremely deadly in knife training, preferring the knife he learned to fight with in the USMC: the ka-bar. Additionally, he is a preternaturally-precise marksman. Summary
Aiden Pearce (also known as "The Vigilante" and "The Fox" by citizens and the media) is the protagonist of Watch Dogs. He is a highly skilled gray hat hacker who has access to the ctOS of Chicago using a highly specialized device, the Profiler, to which Clara Lillelater adds more capabilities. Because his actions led to a family tragedy, Aiden has taken to a personal crusade against the powers that be. His obsession with security, surveillance, and control borders on the paranoid and dangerous, extending to monitoring his own family (unbeknownst to them).

Attack Potency: At least Athlete level physically, Potentially Building level to City Block level with the Profiler (Can hack into anything connected to the ctOS), possibly higher

Weaknesses: Regular human weaknesses. Each ability has a specific cost of the Profiler's battery, meaning that the hacking abilities cannot be overused without waiting for the battery to reload once it is empty.

I would take the Punisher due to extensive combat experience and plenty of experience fighting people of all fighting levels and surviving (barring of course when he fought Daken, which had to hurt pretty bad).

Punisher is physically stronger

They're equal in speed

Aiden is more durable

Punisher is more experienced in combat

Aiden is adept at using the environment against his opponent...

I think this is Inconclusive for me.
