Due to SBA he would have the suit equipped. The suit's abilities need to be added to the profile anyhow, probably also including it in equipment or under Notable Attacks/Techniques:. If it is such a big difference it could have it's own separate key, though I think that is a bit excessive.

So if it gets into close range combat Marcus uses the telekinesis to contort and crush A's body. From range Marcus just uses a drone and drops an explosive on A. They both can hack very, very well and both are skilled with fire arms so those balance each other out. So it comes down to the differences. M is more agile (Shown doing more parkour, has the Shuffler abilities, drones, and other more high tech gadgets. A has his time slow ability (Which I don't remember M having though he seems to have it under power and abilities so idk), exp, and yeah. Both of their close combat weapons are unique to them, and might lean more towards M due to the strangeness/unpredictability with those cc weapons.
