Kenshin looks stronger (at least building level compared to Afro's building level) And can read his opponents moves by ki manipulation It seems like he would take it in a rather close fight

Kenshin is scaled to a guy who scales to him.

Afro is scaled to guys who have no profiles.

Neither of these profiles make any sense.

Also, this has nothing to do with the fight itself, but the note at the bottom of Afro's profile is completely wrong. In Resurrection, he had possession of the Number 1 Headband, yet he still got ambushed and beaten halfway to death by Jinno and Sio even though neither of them had the Number 2 Headband. They even explicitly tasked him with finding it in order to take the Number 1 Headband back from them. (Plot hole. Don't even ask...)

There is nothing stopping a random person from attacking the Number 1 except for the generally accepted in-universe "rule" that only the Number 2 gets to fight the Number 1.
