Affect a Black Hole?

Spatial/Gravity Manipulation hax at best.
As explained on the Black Hole feats in fictio page, it is impossible to properly "destroy" a black hole with any amount of physical force.
Some characters, like the manga version of Samus Ara, can create "White Holes", which are inverted black holes in that any matter and light can escape from it but none can enter it, to nullify black holes, but this is again a special ability and it isn't exactly quantifiable for the most part.
