Likely SHuman. Adult Franklin is incredibly powerful, but SHuman is going to have a serious edge in experience, a homefield advantage, and some pretty damn good hax.

Meh I think Franklin Richards is going to win just because SHuman Gorath has a cooler name and looks cooler and Franklin Richards is a hated mary sue character doesn't mean SHuman Gorath is going to win.

So he controls and rules over Universes any way he can create them? or capable of turning Galactus into his herald. He got defeated by Chaos King, when Franklin Richards was stated to be an omniversal threat.

Because unlike Franklin or SHuman, Mikaboshi actually went through with being a legit, multiversal threat, and seemed to affect it in its entirety as opposed to just basic universes. Even lowballing him, consuming an infinite number of universes puts him significantly beyond SHuman and Franklin.
