Well the pitcher actually resists Empathic Manipulation and Purification but "to an extent that the said empathic manipulation cannon exploded". And as Kool-Aid Man is not "powered by evil powers" purification should not work on him better than ki blasts. But "oh yeah" Mana can definitely just ki blast the pitcher to submission if she can make the hit.

But the pitcher is used to fighting multiple enemies and large-sized enemies (the level seen in his own comics of course).

So how your argument stands? Like how "purifying" works for the MSH blast? And how the pitcher resists against such blast to which extent? (A "thirst ray" blast cannot hurt him even when the power jammed the cannon instead.)
