Add an End of Z Key for GT Uub and GT Goku?

I believe it was a recent thread that someone mentioned that EoZ Uub is comparable to the previous Kid Buu. This, in turn, would say that EoZ Base Goku reached his previous SSJ3 level way before GT happened.

I think Goku likely implied that as Kid Buu reincarnation he can quickly reach his predecessor power with enough training, Goku was testing Uub by insulting him in the End of Z.
