New day, new thread. A battle of the king and queen of vectors. Who wins?

Correction "God" of vectors vs queen of vectors(here fancy term for invisible arms),anyways on the battle,while accelerator's shield is an automatic vector reflector he will reflect both tangible and intangible attacks by lucy without a problem,without even thinking,but lucy has no defense against accelerator's vector control,halting her blood flow etc.atleast that's what i can infer from their profiles and the battles i have seen

Stomp for accel, invisible doesn't mean he can't interact with it and her attacks have vectors by all means. He doesn't need to even attack, she kills herself.

mismatch, accelerator reflects the arms (if not by the first attack than by the second, at most(which means that there is maybe a chance at the first and only attack to win)), than he catches her because of superior movement speed and kills with a single touch...

he wins 99/100 times (and 100/100 times if arms can be reflected at the very beginning)...

I'm not sure. Invisible doesn't mean no vectors, but Accelerator hasn't fought mutants yet. If the first vector goes through, she wins. If not, he wins.
