This is context depended. Type 4 is very vague and can be vastly different from character to character.

And laws affecting characters with acausality also depends on individual case. It could be an anti feat for that acausality, OR it could be a law created by someone with superior causality manipulation which would make the causality manip simply layered.

Vague superiority doesn't really help much. It'd still be as context depended as it would be if they were relative or inferior

Yeah, as of lastest revision, as DontTalk have said, Aca 4 doesn't automatically grant any resistances anymore so getting affected by something is normal.

Also, Aca 4 is about cause and effect, not all laws are about cause and effect so Aca 4 getting affected by world law isn't an anti-feat
