About Ultimate kars

Just a question, but shouldn't Ultimate Kars have all the powers of his fellow companions and those of Part 1 Dio?

I mean, after using the enhanced Stone Mask, he acquired the powers of the entire evolutionary process of the planet, which is what the regular Stone Mask does, but to a much lesser extent.

I'm not making a CTR because I'm more so wondering about it.

The Novel version has Wamuu's Wind Mode powers in his P&A section though (Air Manipulation and Invisibility)

He does despalyWhammu's wind mode in the anime adaptation too, but it's anime only.

Does he have the powers of vampires too (like those of Part 1 and Part 3 Dio [not his stand, just his physiological powers])?

Dio was never reduced to ashes. His body was just burned very, very much.

Same with Straizo.

That's Straizo, not Dio, though I'm not sure if those were really ashes.

Is there anymore proof implying that he gained all of their powers or did he just use an amped Stone Mask, because maybe Kars made different masks that gave different powers for ACDC and Wamuu.

The masks are never implied to be different from one another. They just unlock the true evolutionary potential of the person who wears it.

The regular masks though were not strong enough to pierce the skull of Pillarmen, hence why their boost was only partial. To fully unlock the evolutionary potential, Kers had to enhance the Mask with the Super Aja to let it needles pierce his skull.

The thing that causes confusion is that unlike Vampires and Zombies, Pillarmen are living beings, so other than contradicting half of the things that were stated about Vampires, Zombies and Hamon in Part 1 kind of makes you wonder whether they have similar abilities to Dio or not, and this question still remains for the Ultimate Being, since he's, you know, actually a living being.

You could argue that since even a "fodder" Pillarman like Santana was stated to be utterly superior to vampires, he and the others could have been capable of performing similar things though. ANd Kars was also able to suck blood like Dio (with the used of his blades).

Can you explain why Ultimate Kars gets Vaporizing Freeze, Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, Wind Mode and super heated veins?

Essentially, because of the enhanced mask grants the user all of its potential, including things that the Mask grants to other people who wore it, as well as Pillarmen, being >>> Vampires by default.
