I have a doubt, we measure the speed through time that is traveled a distance, but what if the person can get out of a time stop, and move faster than the being that made that time stop?
Would that be some kind of anti time stop ability, or a feat of speed? After all, if time stands still to measure, how could speed be measured within a timestop?
