Hagoromo states that his Chakra's power is the Rinnegan.

1.) Juubi's Power is Six Paths Chakra.

2.) Kaguya's Power that is Referenced by Hags is "Rinnesharingan".

3.) Rinnegan is Hagoromo's Power and the Databook states having both Rinnegan is the only way to use the their full potential or "True Power" as it's said (Which we already know).

Hagoromo is not referencing "Power Level" here, only "Power Sets". The narrative paints Madara as Power Hungry and attempting to gain More "Power" as per Hagoromo statement but this is where you guys get it twisted. "Power" as it's used here can be used in reference to both "Power Level" and "Power Set".

• Hagoromo referenced Juubi's Power Set (Six Paths Chakra) and his mom's"Power Set" of the "Rinnesharingan".
• Madara wasn't after "More Chakra" after he became the Juubi's Jinchuriki, he was after his other Rinnegan.

So it makes no logical or contextual sense that his "...And is getting close to me" is the only reference to "Power Level" here.
