About the Anime of Sailor Moon

I realized this discussion was never finished regarding whether or not it should be allowed for a few profiles of the Anime Sailor Moon characters. In this case, I wanted to make this thread to explain why adding a few extra profiles for the anime version would be a good move, and likely help to give us Sailor Moon fans more to do regarding the verse.

Basically, the original Sailor Moon anime took the story of the manga, and completely changed nearly everything. The entire plot was rewritten, new arcs added, characters changed and so on. The feats are also extremely different, for instance we have Sailor Galaxia battling the Sailor Starlights across a possibly multi-galactic distance within a few moments.

Anyway, I just want to finally get this topic finished. I'm not asking for the profiles to be created yet, just approved so i can begin creating a respect thread detailing the possible statistics for this version of Sailor Moon.

I am uncertain if this is really necessary. I also wonder if this will require lots of new content revision threads.

However, if the story and power levels are very different, I suppose that it technically fulfills our Alternative Canon and Composite Profiles instructions.

I assure you it wouldn't be a waste. The anime of Sailor Moon isn't tiered anywhere else, so it would attract more of its fans to this site. Which would hopefully put an ease on staff when it comes to a lack of knowledgable Sailor Moon members.

Also, we don't have to add useless profiles. Just the main ones would be enough, though including the new characters that were anime only.

This won't need to be done soon though.

Anime is basically completely an alternative continuity with another story and feats. I personally do not see any problems with it.

Would we need to create a verse page specific to the anime though? Putting them on the canon page could pose an issue, since it would make it a bit cluttered.

I suppose that a separate verse page named "Sailor Moon (Original Anime Series)", or something similar, should be fine.

We use a separate page for Dragon Ball GT after all.

We would have to remove the "anime" category from the current Sailor Moon verse page though.

I still need to make a thread regarding canon Sailor Moon's base stats, which should allow me awhile to compile feats. I feel like we have the inner senshi a bit too high for what they were consistant with.
