about the 24 hours bump thing? especially the first bump

After you post something. are you supposed to wait 24 hours to bump.

Or is this allowed.


Suppose i post something


but in like 30 minutes or an hour it gets buried.


Can i still bump or do you still have to wait 24 hours.



Like for the first bump can you do it anytime (The first bump only)

or does the first bump like the following ones, have to wait 24 hours?


cause i sometimes do the first bump in like a hour or so.

There's no difference between a first bump and any other bump, a bump is when a thread is inactive for a while. So use it when your thread has been inactive for a while.

As long as you don't spam, 4 to 6 hours would be ok to bump imo. I don't think there's a strict rule about it though. Just a common thing to wait 24 hours before another if there's absolutely no interaction.
