Does rtz work on reaction of ger?
Such as
If fictional character has attack speed slower than ger reaction then ger can check that be dangerous/safe

But if fictional character has attack speed faster than ger reaction that character can kill Giorno without rtz to def?

Does it correct?

Infinite speed can not according to funny araki meme shit
Nothing in the context of Part 1-7 is capable of getting past it. BIG and MIH infinite stat stuff, etc, we've gone through this enough, everyone gets it by now
Immeasurable though is free game
But if fictional character has attack speed faster than ger reaction that character can kill Giorno without rtz to def?
Wouldn't matter, GER doesn't actually need to react for RTZ to kick in, an obvious example is RTZ kicking in and nullifying the effects of time erase on GER, enabling it to take action, even though GER itself just moments prior was affected by it, and thus would be completely incapable of doing so as he wouldn't even be cognizant. But RTZ can also be used manually as seen with other shit.

The answer is both, it can work even if GER cant react, but he can also just use it whenever. You want to outspeed RTZ itself, not GER, if you want to get it by it.

RTZ kicking in and nullifying the effects of time erase on GER,
I don't think so with this. In the feat Giorno vs diavolo

1. "In te (time erased) dia was throw his blood to Giorno eyes" why rtz not work on this cutscenes?

2. After dia throw the blood he trying to punch at giorno.

but we need to understand the function of te ability. Te is the ability can see the future and it'll take the user to "te area" and that area user can see the future but if you attacking someone in te the area will close so this is the weakness of te

Go back to 2.
With weakness of te. While diavolo is punching giorno that mean the te area is closing ( you can see the background in thus cutscenes) after that ger used its passive

That mean ger doesn't rtz while diavolo is in Te

Does it correct? If something wrong. Im very apologize

1. It didn't work because the blood was not a direct attack, it did not cause giorno any harm.

2. This is a very wrong description of the time erasure.

Pretty sure the area shows diavolo the future thanks to epitaph, the main use of the time erasure is to make sure diavolo is not affected by actions done against him while letting the actions he was fated to do still affect others, but this is irrelevant.

It doesn't close if diavolo tries to attack, he literally can't attack there, so he times his attacks to hit barely after the time erasure ends.

RTZ happens when diavolo launches his punch on giorno, a direct attack made to hit once time came back, but then the RTZ kicked in before the time erasure finished and started reverting diavolo's actions.

We can see that it affects all actions that helped with the punch, such as the time wrasure and blood, but didn't affect on those due to not being direct attacks.
