About reality warping

1:I had an argument with someone about reality warping. He told me that the characters were able to create snow in Thailand should get reality warping because Thailand is a hot country and he also stated that According to the laws of physics, Thailand should not have snow. The character who can create the snow that Thailand should get reality warping.

2: He also stated that characters that can be revived should get reality warping. The reason is that he said that characters can revive other characters after dying twice


What are your opinions?

Reality warping is not really a power on itself, it's the mean used to archieve another power/s. As such with reality warp anything is possible (within character limitations), reality warp to turn a table into a gun can also be transmutation but it's also reality warp because the transmutation was archieved through reality warp.
So to answer the question it depends was the snow made by warping reality? Was the other character revived through reality warp? If yes then yes it is reality warp if no then it's just Weather Manipulation and Resurrection

I checked 7 types of magic but her magic just have normal. It was normal magic, not outside of the 7 types listed by the web, so it wasn't reality warping
