about nep and TD

1. For TD 2 yes they can be affected as they are only outside of the Duality of their level of reality, not of the higher dimensional dualities. For NEP Type 2, No as you would still need to affect nothingness, and destroying their level of reality would still leave nothingness behind.
2. Having the ability to interact with NEP of any type does not give you the ability to interact with TD 2 and vice versa, they are separate states of being. So no having NEP Type 1 or 3 would not let you interact with Type 2.
