So I just found out that to produce a mushroom cloud, you need at least 15000 tons of tnt. https://scienceline.org/2015/06/to-make-a-mushroom-cloud/. That means it is town level feat but I know of a lot characters who have survived this but durability is rated way lower. For example, Gru. He survived this but is only rated multi-city block. So is it acceptable to change the durability of these characters?
