She said " I am everything " , but it was vague. At the time, it was just a universe. Re-watching it though... It referenced that concept.

I just went with the Universe since it is vague but that seemed a reasonable likelyhood. But it is a possibility. Can you link a timestamp for the scene your talking about? Not sure which one you mean.
