To qualify for law manipulation it should be related to the fundamental laws of the world only?

For example, if one character can set a rule that whoever touches a specific item will die, or another character sets a rule that whoever accepts someone as the leader will be under their full control, or one guy cant die if he is in a specific building would these abilities qualify as law manipulation or maybe limited law manipulation?

I’m asking because someone is requesting me to remove the ability from one of the profiles since it’s not related to the fundamental laws of the world.

In short: no.
Per the page:
The ability to manipulate "laws" that automatically apply themselves upon reality, referring to rules, mandates and even fundamental logical principles/truths/facts that are the way in which a reality may function. The laws may or may not have been previously imposed by a higher authority within the setting of a verse.
Basic users of the power may only disturb one or more laws without control over them. Regular and more advanced users may be able to destroy, nullify, modify, and/or create new laws, potentially to keep an order or to benefit themselves.
  • Possible Use: Power Nullification: High-level users may be able to "prohibit" the use of certain power or abilities in a universe, rendering the users of said power powerless.

Creating and/or manipulating even very specific laws would still fall under law manipulation.

To manipulate the fundamental laws of the entire world would just be a very powerful high-end example of the power, not the minimum qualification.

If it is limited by some specific range or other criteria, such as only working inside of a building, then it can just be listed as limited.
