So the fundamental aspects for High Goldy Regen is:
-Their place in narative
-Their entire history
-Their concept/information

My question is:

If a character that have High Godly regen because he come back after his concept/information destroyed, can his High Godly regen be negated by a character who has High Godly regen negate from an entire history destruction?

depends
like if there high godly is below the one who can negate it then yes
if the one who ha sthe godly then no

Is normally history < concept/info < narrative erasure, but the last 2 tend to be different per verse.

History will normally be the weakest and thus negatable by erasure of the other levels, sincs erasing someone's fundamentally and canonically >>> erasing through time

okay2, so history is the weakest, so if i change my question to if there's a character that negate High Godly regen from narative erasure, can that character negate High Godly regen from concept/information erasure? and also the other way around?

That one is a case by case, depends on if the verse from either side sees the narrative as the highest form of existence instead of concepts and information.
