Don't really understand how this turned into an ID vs BB thread but whatever.
Pretty sure the whole 2-B vs 2-A thing just boils down to whether or not they're 3-D characters with 4-D powers. Being able to affect something that's omnipresent on a 2-A scale would be harder to do than someone who's omnipresent on a Low 2-C scale since you'd need to affect a lot more than one space-time continuum.
