How does we treat it canon? it does have a Light Novel which is the main source, but I saw some manga stuff in their profiles

Having read both, neither contradicts one another. They are both 100% canon to one another, but the anime - that's a big nope.


Something like year 1 comes before the LN rn but LN is supposed to be exactly the same. However, only time will tell how that will work out. But so far, no contradictions

I thought you meant the main series, my bad. Never read the mangas for anything but the chibi goblin slayer stuff.

Two volumes of the sword maiden novel, yes, but just one series. It had two adaptations, the first, however, was atrocious, so they cancelled it quickly. Current adaptation is pretty good tho.
