How does his revert to 0 falls into causality manipulation? Doesnt it just fall in a category of negation of movements or actions?

Negation of movements is.. causality manipulation. Causality is manipulated by ger so that there will be no Effect. Ger also negates not only action but willpower. So its much more than that.
