About Fate manipulation

Does Fate Manipulation works is instant/passive hax
Not always, depend of the character
and can you give me an example of a Fate Manip which is Instant and not instant?
Food Chain from Shion (others characters like Rimuru also have it) is used to change the outcome of results, which is indeed, fate manipulation, but not passive

and about Passive one, Archie Sonic, there is a Fate that is always giving him the victory

Thx, this question actually refers to Almighty Yhwach which I doubt is passive or not.
The Fate Hax is not passive, as Yhwach need to change it according to his own will, however, The Almighty also has others passive stuff, such as the Reactive Evolution and Precognition, but the Fate hax is not part of the passives

But didn't Yhwach use the Fate Manip without any activation, which even Ichigo with Extrasensory perception couldn't sense?
Ichigo didnt sensed because you ''can't sense'' fate being changed lmao, if it was passive, the effect would happen in the start of the match and Yhwach would automatically win, which is not what happens, he just have the power to change it if he wants

The fate manipulation isn't passive, but the changes Yhwach makes through fate manipulation are instant.

For example, when Yhwach rewrites the future so that he's in a different position, it happens instantly, and thus appears to be teleportation.

Or when he broke Ichigo's blade and brought it to his hand, it happened instantly.

The precog/powernull is passive

I know, but the activity I mean here is the movement that is done to activate your abilities, for example like Vanessa who needs to touch her friend so that the fate manipulation works. Also Accelerator has a passive barrier that works even when he is asleep, but he can also choose what can be passed through the barrier, and "In Character" it is clear that Yhwach will not immediately win because he wants to enjoy the fight with Ichigo.

Thats a weakness to Vanessa hax, Fate Hax in general doesnt need stuff like touch, it just happens, but it doesnt means that its passive

okay thx, for powernull can you explain why it is passive? I know the answer, but I'm quite confused about how to explain if someone asks me

Because Yhwach already is aware of everything that happens in the futures with The Almighty, and everything that Yhwach can see, becomes unable to defeat him

How does it work?

A Commandment newly added by the current Nadare. In exchange for the binding of "Accomplishing her duty as a true Archdemon", she gets "Being allowed to control fate" as a boon. Since carrying the way one wishes to live/exist to its ultimate, logical conclusion is the height of Transcendence, when it comes to Nadare, who added this to the aforementioned Great Cause Enforced Commandment, said nature deepened even further. So to speak, she's the very embodiment of irrationality. Because she has become the very concept of failure, someone who'll be invariably unsuccesfull at anything she tries to do, those people who touch her will fail at everything. Their attacks will miss, they will become unable to do stuff like defending or dodging, driven into circunstances that are truly opposite to their intentions, akin to retreating while intending to move forward.

This becomes more remarkable the stronger the target is, and if it's someone equal or greater than Nadare in terms of status, the situation will change into nonsense that's impossible to predict even for her, the "failures" involving both parties turning into a storm. Thus, if her enemy is an individual who clearly surpasses Nadare, they will surpass "failure" and reach a new horizon, that is, a New World altogether.
