I realized that the wiki considers that U7 has only one space-time and that its kingdoms do not have their own space-times.

I wanted to know what are the counter arguments that refute the main arguments that try to prove that the
realms of Dragon Ball have their own space-times.

That's because all realms in U7 share the same timeline

So, even though the kaioshin Realm is outside the globe, is it still in the same space-time?

They're contained in the same space-time; and Room of Spirit and Time is the only thing with a different flow of time; but that's more so just a nonlinear time that flows 360x faster than the real world. But yeah, there is some parallel connections between living world and Other World to heavily suggest they're the same flow of time.
