3D characters have 3 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension.
4D characters as we rate them have power over 3 dimensions and 1 temporal dimension, however, if we are talking about a character from the fourth dimension then we'd be talking about someone with 4 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension.
Why is this... relevant? Characters from the fifth dimension (Looking at you DC) actually have six total dimensions (5 spatial and 1 temporal). Therefore, destroying 5D time and space (Mxy feat) is actually a 6D feat (aka Low 1-C feat) going by this logic because he destroyed 6 dimensions, the same way that someone destroying an average universal space-time continuum is in tier 2 and not 3-A.
Makes sense?
