about created a souls

if character can create a souls that has existence in another person body, if that body dies, that souls will go and enter another body. and such souls are not the souls of those who have died and are summoned to possess the bodies others, but are souls that have been created by distorting the laws of nature. what kind of ability for who created it?

The question is phrased weirdly, so I may be missing some nuance of the ability, but I would agree that this is just Soul Manipulation. Distorting the laws of nature can fall under Law Manip if it is phrased like so, and if these artificially created souls are then sent to take over another body (?), that's Possession. Creating that soul wouldn't give you Possession, unless you could actively control it afterwards.
