If a higher dimension is described as a parallel universe, does it means the higher dimension is bigger than our 3-D world?

About a High Dimensional Universe

It depends on what "Higher dimension" means in the context of the story

A "higher dimension" is not a physical place like another realm or universe, its just another axis, one can't simply travel to a higher dimension. Considering that it say parallel I believe its just another univer spatiolocked from the main one, in whose case the "higher" part do not really means anything (at least out of context).

What do you mean? Axis do not need to have a specific "size" to qualify as a dimension.

Oh yes sorry In the future system, just being higher-dimensional won't warrant a higher tier, unless the verse itself specifies that higher-dimensional entities are infinitely larger than creatures with less dimensions.
