What is intangibility and what are the limits

Intangibility is the ability to pass through physical things like attacks without being affected. Attacks cannot hit intangible beings unless they come from a character with Non-Physical Interaction .

Yes. You would just phase through the building like how ghosts can go through walls.

The only way for a intangible being to be affected by an attack is if the attack has hit intangible beings before. Being a higher tier than the opponent would not allow you to hit them if they are intangible.

Yes. Being intangible normally does not heal wounds meaning broken bones will hinder the user.

Yes because if you are non corporeal you are intangible.
