Ability to sense someone's intentions?

Basically, this character can sense someone's Qi to read their intentions and movements.

Character A intends on hitting B by striking his cheek with his right hand, B senses this and reacts accordingly.

Kind of scenario.

It's not telepathy because the character can't read minds, and it's not full-fledged precog because they're not actually seeing anything. Instead just "feeling" what the character intends to do with no way of confirming whether they'll actually do it or not.

Huh... don't know why I expected something more specific, but yeah. In hindsight, that makes sense.
