Ability Additions for Rook (Ben 10)

There are a few abilities I think Rook should have on his profile that are provided by his Proto-Tool

Here's a list of some of the weapons and other functions it has

Flashlight (Possibly counts as Light Manipulation)

Taser (Possibly counts as Electricity Manipulation)

Hose (Possibly counts as Water Manipulation)

Shield (this shield blocked a powerful attack from Master Kundo so this could possibly count as an upgrade to Durability)

Thermo Scope (Possibly counts as Enhanced Senses)

Kind of off topic but why doesn't Big Chill's profile list his tier as 6-B? He made it snow in the Null Void and that's even been accepted as a calculation but his profile still just says he's 7-A. Wouldn't it at least be 6-B Environmental Destruction or something?

Might make a thread about this as well as Upgrade having "Natural Weaponry" for that one episode where he got trapped inside the sumo slammers game

Big Chill's range is still only said to be tens of meters

The calc assumes Big Chill caused it to snow the entirety of the Null Void and so Earth was used a base for it which is wrong
