As the name implies, this is a upgrade to from 5-B to 5-A for Ruphas in her level 3000 key. Benetnash throws an arrow, that Ruphas catches and throws back afterward. The result being striking the core of a planet much larger than Midgard. Of course that bringing its destruction, shown in the calc there.
Next is the speed, specifically combat speed which would scale to level 1500s and up based on the calc above as well, as Benetnash evaded the arrow, albeit being surprised. Ruphas is superior to her at this time. Orm in his level 1500 key is at least comparable, the value is just a bit higher with this feat. Basically making Ruphas and Benetnash MFTL in speed during their fight, and Orm as well.
So for each character:
Ruphas - Her speed in 1500 becomes MFTL, for 2100 I guess the feat will just be mentioned as there's also the flying to Venus and back thing. Ruphas's 5-B in her 3000 key becomes 5-A. So I guess "5-A, possibly 4-B".
Benetnash - Her 1500 key becomes MFTL
Orm - The feat gets added in his 1500 key
