Imagine a guy were to be hit hard enough to be blasted around the Earth. Mid-fly, the person has the task of collecting one flag for every country on the planet, which there are stated to be 196 of. He only takes about 10 seconds to fly around the world until he gets back. How fast would that person be going/able to react?


Bonus points if you know what show this is from.
