A small Surge of updates

Good day (or night) peeps I'm here to add Spin Dash and Boost to Surge's page.

From her page and what's been already accepted.

Starline programmed Neo Metal Sonic's copied bio-data of Sonic and Shadow into her body[8], meaning she would logically possesses his abilities, as the bio-data of characters is shown numerous times to contain their abilities and intelligence[11][12]

Is fast enough to generate several afterimages simultaneously, leaving behind streaks of light in her wake[3])

Like Sonic, Surge can curl into a ball in order to perform a high-speed Spin Attack[6])

^From this we can summarize that Surge should at least have the basic/innate abilities of Sonic and Shadow that were copied which naturally includes the Spin Dash and Boost (other theoretical abilities may be discussed another time) however I'll be remiss not to show more proof here. Also Surge is already on the Spin Dash user's page lol.

As a bonus Surge should also get weather manipulation for shooting electricity into rain clouds and then converting it into a thunderstorm, shown here and here (Also the clips are from the current Riders arc in IDW, which can be used as citation for Surge's Vehicle Mastery).

Poor Kit, still doesn't have a profile.

Looks good. Honestly this seems like one of those revisions with the 12 hour grace period and 1 staff vote, due to half of them being abilities that were simply forgotten to be added once the verse-specific ability pages were made.

Yeah I'll appreciate that, I tried Imgur in the past a few times but it always gets messed up.
