From what I heard, Basically Hades is fighting a Clone and no matter what he does to the clone, the real Rimuru is hiding in his imaginary space analyzing and adapting to everything that has affected his clone. So when and IF Hades manages to incap or beat the Rimuru he is fighting, he gets rekt by the real Rimuru who is now adapted to everything Hades has.

At least that's what I heard about the ability

Rimuru does not need senses.He didn't have senses in the beginning and could work just fine.So shouting his senses is useless also shouting his mind will not work fuel can counter that
