A separate key for Jean (No Phoenix)

I mean, Jean Grey isn't soley defined by her powers with the Phoenix Force, she IS an Omega Level mutant all on her own. Shouldn't she have her own key dedicated to her without the Phoenix Force?

I know it might be hard to write up, (never made one myself), I'm just giving a suggestion.

Bump. Jean should definitely have her on slot. She has high end feat without the PF. She possesses Godlevel tk and tp.
